A 2 hour contrast therapy session, a sit towel, and flip flops.
It is recommended, but we do take walk ins when there is space available. During busiest times (Saturday's typically) there would likely be a wait.
2 hours. If you need more time to feel fully relaxed or "cooked" we can accommodate you. Most people spend about 60 minutes between sauna and cold plunge
A bathing suit is required. You may bring your own flip flops, towel and robe. We rent towels and robes
Children over the age of 12 are allowed if a guardian is able to sign for them and stay with them in the facility.
Yes, we currently have 3 individual cold plunges ranging from 40° deg to 50° F.
The water is changed daily. In addition, the cold plunges use a 20 micron pet filter and ozone on a 5 minute cycle.
We do not currently have hot tubs, but will in the future.
We have two saunas. The larger one fits up to 20, and the smaller one fits up to 12. We limit capacity to 24 people total right now.
Our saunas range from 170° F to 210° F. Both saunas have tiered benches for different heat tolerances. We ask each person to monitor their own body.
Yes, we encourage water on the rocks to create loyly, or steam, which is the essence of a great sauna session. Sauna goers are required to ask the group before adding steam.
Yes, each guest is required to shower before using the facility. Showers are individual and are not gendered.
We have cubbies for clothing storage. They do not lock.
Yes, we have a cafe with simple food and snacks
Yes, we have a small bar menu with beer, seltzers and TCH drinks
Yes. we keep items for 30 days before donating them to the local thrift store. If you think you have left an item email levi@whitemountainsaunahaus.com with the description of it.
Bathing suits or similar are required in the facility.

Yes, you can. You can still come in and redeem and physical paper entries, but will have to wait if it is busy.
